Joining the OTC-X Market

From an economic and financial point of view, there are three prerequisites for being listed on the OTC-X market:

• The business model must be well-founded and economically plausible.
• The company must be in a position to continually generate positive production and the risk culture must correspond to a degree of risk that is within the company's scope.
• The company must be prepared to provide shareholders with clear information and gain their long-term trust.

If these requirements are met and the company is willing to take the first step toward going public, OLZ will be happy to assist as an OTC-X coach. Along the path toward a listing we will help you to prepare the company, the management and the documentation (investor relations).
