Dr. Andreas Jacobs
Chairman
Graduate in economics from the Universities of Bern and Rochester (New York, USA). Lecturer for Financial Management at the University of Bern and at the Zurich University for applied sciences in Winterthur (zhaw). Since 1997 lecturer at the AZEK (Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals) in the subject of „Modern Portfolio Theory“.
15 years of practical experience at the Swiss Bank Corporation resp. at UBS Asset Management as Managing Director and member of the European Management Committee, where he was responsible for the global product management of investment funds. He was also member of the Management Committee of UBS Switzerland, responsible for segment management and marketing. Since 2010 Chairman of the Board and member of the Executive Committee of OLZ. He is also partner and Chief Financial Officer at Aravis AG (a Swiss venture capital organization with a special focus on Life Sciences and renewable energies).
Married, father of two daughters. ^

Dr. Beat Fenner
Vice-Chairman
Law degrees from the Universities of Zurich and Geneva.
Retired banker. Last position as a member of the directorate at Credit Suisse; 30 years experience in Switzerland and abroad.
Self-employed since 2001 with many mandates as board member and trustee. Member of the Board of OLZ since 2006.
Married, 3 children and 2 grandchildren. ^

Dominique Fässler
Member
Degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Previous experience as asset manager with Vontobel & Co. private bankers, as Managing Director in institutional asset management for the Credit Suisse Asset Management Department, member of senior management with Vontobel Asset Management in the Institutional Customers Department, and director of Crescendo Management AG.
At present has various mandates as board member and consultant for institutional investors in Switzerland and abroad. Member of the Board of OLZ since 2009.
Lives in partnership and has two sons. ^

Prof. Dr. Claudio Loderer
Member
Full professor of Financial Management at the University of Bern and Director of the Rochester-Bern Executive MBA Program.
Various articles in renowned international financial publications. Prof. Loderer's research and professional areas include valuations, corporate finance, corporate governance, incentive systems and compensation plans, risk management and capital markets. Author of the standard reference work "Handbuch der Bewertung" (A Handbook of Valuation).
Regular mandates for valuation and consultancy work for companies, public bodies and private individuals.
Married, one daughter and one son. ^

Carmine Orlacchio
Member
With OLZ since 2001 as a founding partner and Head of Wealth Management.
Member of the Board of the subsidiary OLZ Wealth Management AG in Schaan.
Graduate in economics from the Universities of Naples (Italy) and Rochester (New York, USA). Swiss federal diploma in financial analysis and asset management (Certified International Investment Analyst, CIIA). Specializations: asset allocation and asset management strategies.
Research assistant at the Institute for Financial Management of the University of Bern. Practical experience with the IBI Private Bank in Zurich, with a final position as Head of Asset Management.
Married, two daughters and one son. ^

Brigitte Sterki Lang

Law degree from the University of Bern. Registered lawyer and notary in the canton of Solothurn.
Previous experience as legal secretary in the Legal Affairs Services of the Cantonal Department of Home Affairs and the Cantonal Department of Economic Affairs (both Solothurn), and at the same time Head of the Department of Legal Affairs.
Self-employed since 2001 as lawyer and notary. Member of the Board of OLZ since 2002.
Married, one daughter and one son. ^

Pius Zgraggen

With OLZ since 2001 as a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer.
Chairman of the Board of the subsidiaries OLZ Wealth Management AG in Schaan and OLZ Wealth Management PTE LTD in Singapore. Member of the Board of Jeeves OLZ Family Office AG in Schaan.
Graduate in economics from the Universities of Bern and Rochester (New York, USA). Specialized in financial management and capital markets. Since 1998 lecturer at the AZEK (Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals) in Bern in equity analysis and valuation, as well at the PHW (Private Economics University) in Bern in value management since 2007.
Practical experience at the UBS in areas including global derivatives risk management and risk management consulting, as well as many years as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute for Financial Management at the University of Bern. Author of various articles and co-author of the standard reference work "Handbuch der Bewertung" (A Handbook of Valuation). Asset management since 1993, valuation and consultancy work since 1996.
