Cyril studied Economics at the University of Bern and at the Singapore Management University (SMU) where he specialized in econometrics and financial market theory.
He has previous professional experience at Credit Suisse as well as at a pension fund.
In 2011, Cyril started working for OLZ in the field of product development.
Lorenz Beyeler
Senior Research Analyst
Lorenz graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Bern. His special fields are econometrics and financial market theory.
He joined OLZ in 2007 in the field of product development. Lorenz is also professional musician, who plays the double bass.
Sevket Cirit
Senior Portfolio Manager
Sevket holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bern. His areas of expertise are finance management and capital markets.
He worked previously as an assistant for individual clients at the Bern Cantonal Bank, and as a portfolio manager at the Migros pension fund.
Simon Dennler
Operations Manager
Simon is a Swiss-certified banking specialist with federal certificate from the Business- and Management School in Bern.
He has several years of professional experience as an assistant and client advisor at UBS Wealth Management followed by a position as a financial and business analyst for the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland, where he was involved in the prosecution of business crime.
In 2011, Simon started working for OLZ Singapore in the fields of Operations Management, Front Support and Compliance.
René Füchter
Chief Operating Officer
René has a degree in Natural Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH), as well as executive MBA degrees from the Universities of Bern and Rochester (New York, USA). His special fields include corporate finance, strategy and capital markets.
His previous positions, working in and setting up companies in the fields of financial services and insurance, wealth management and currency trading, have provided him with a strong background in the industry.
He joined OLZ in 2008, and is involved primarily in corporate functions (corporate organisation, reporting, controlling and due diligence) and project management.
Brigitte Gauch
Management Assistant
Brigitte graduated with secretarial and commercial diplomas.
She has previous experience with influential Swiss companies such as Bausoft AG in Givisiez, and Auto Marti in Niederwangen.
She joined OLZ in 2009 in the area of administration and wealth management.
Brigitte has one son and one daughter.
Till Grünewald
Senior Portfolio Manager
Having graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Bern where he specialized in finance management and capital markets, Till also has a diploma in Performing Arts from the Swiss Jazz School.
He joined OLZ in 2006, and is also a professional saxophonist.
Patricia Grünig
Assistant
Patricia graduated with a baccalaureate in 2010. She is currently studying Media Studies and Ethnology at the University of Basel.
Since 2010, Patricia has supported OLZ, working in various fields principally in administration.
Mathias Herger
Assistant
Mathias holds two bachelor’s degrees in Economics and International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is currently working on his master’s degree in International Affairs and Governance with a focus on International Economics and Finance.
In 2010, he started working for OLZ in the fields of Wealth Management, Front Support and Marketing.
Werner Kurth
Senior Client Adviser
Werner has been a banking professional with many years of practical experience in various divisions. For the last 20 years he worked as an Adviser in financial planning, wealth management and real estate funding for private clients.
Additionally, Werner gained long term operational know-how at UBS, Neue Emme Bank and Credit Suisse as Regional Managing Director Wealth Management and for 6 years served as an adept in the banking qualifying examination.
Werner has been serving as extraofficial mayor of his community and as a member of various local and regional executive committees (elderly persons home, recycling company (ARA-KVA), regional authority alliance).
He joined OLZ in 2010 as a Senior Client Advisor.
Werner is married, with one daughter and one son.
Joël Lötscher
Senior Portfolio Manager
Joel has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on banking and finance from the Berner Fachhochschule.
He has several years of professional experience at UBS, having worked as a relationship manager with private clients and independent asset managers.
He joined OLZ in 2009, working in wealth management.
Prof. em. Dr. Hans Oetliker
Expert in financial security and pension funds
An emeritus professor with a degree in medicine from the University of Bern, Professor Oetliker was also senior consultant and scientific assistant at the Physiology Institute of the University of Bern and visiting associate professor at Yale University (USA). His research was in the field of muscular physiology.
In 1971 he founded a pension fund for assistants at the University of Bern. Later on he became a member of the board of trustees of the VSAO Foundation (Association of Swiss Assistant and Senior Consultants). After finishing his research, he took over wealth management for the VSAO from 1998 to 2004.
Professor Oetliker is a member of the board of directors of various companies and pension funds. He joined OLZ in 2008 as pension fund specialist.
Hans is married, with two children and three grandchildren.
Stefan Reusser
Vice President
Stefan holds degrees in Economics from the Universities of Bern and Rochester (New York, USA). He focussed on finance management and capital markets.
In 2001, he joined the Wealth Management Department of OLZ, after working at the University of Bern's Institute of Financial Management.
Monica Rossi
Assistant
Monica graduated with a commercial diploma and has many years of work experience as a financial accountant.
She joined OLZ in 2011 in the area of data processing and IT.
Monica is married, and the mother of two daughters.
Philipp Schori
Portfolio Manager
Philipp graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Bern. His special fields are finance management and capital markets.
He worked previously as an assistant at the University of Bern’s Institute of Financial Management and gained practical experience at Credit Suisse.
He joined OLZ in 2011, working in asset management.
André Siegrist
Manager
André studied Economics at the University of Bern, and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. His area of expertise is finance management and capital markets.
He worked previously as an assistant for corporate customers at the Bern Cantonal Bank, and as IT project manager at the BFB Biel Training Centre.
He joined OLZ in 2005, working in asset management and IT.
Renate Stuber
Financial Accountant
Aside from a diploma in Economics, Renate has practical experience as a personal assistant with Ascom Holding AG and Fust AG in Bern. Having successfully completed an advanced course in Economics, she worked as an accountant with Treuhand Brand in Bern, before founding the accountancy and management company Contabila Sarl in Cudrefin. There she was an independent project manager for small and medium-sized businesses as well as a property manager and fiscal consultant.
She joined OLZ in 2010, and is involved primarily in corporate functions and administration.
Renate has one son.
Urs Zwahlen
Manager
With over 30 years of practical experience at UBS, mainly in the fields of Wealth Management and Controlling, Urs has a deep understanding of professional banking. Before joining OLZ in 2010, his last position in UBS was in the Wealth Management sector.
Urs is responsible for Front Support, Marketing and Communications.
