OLZ devises an investment strategy that is tailor-made to suit its customer's needs and implements it using shares, bonds and money market instruments.
We manage equities according to the OLZ Efficient World® Equity concept. This concept assesses the (risk-return) optimal weighting of countries and regions in your equity portfolio. OLZ does not make an active selection of individual stocks within countries or regions but invests through indices and thus at minimal cost.
In the case of bonds and money market instruments, we apply the buy and hold principle. Wherever appropriate, carefully chosen, reliable investments are kept until they mature. Subsequently, the funds are either re-invested or used by the customer according to his own financial plan.
Our transparent reporting provides you with comprehensive information that enables you to assess the performance achieved, including a comparison with an independent reference (benchmark), plus information on any divergence of the current portfolio from the chosen strategy.
