Since 2007, OLZ AG has been authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA as asset managers of collective investments.

The auditors are PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (PwC).

OLZ subscribes to the ASIP charter of the Swiss Pension Fund Association to ensure compliance with the loyalty and integrity requirements for occupational pension funds. Compliance with the code of conduct is monitored annually by the auditors.

OLZ is a member of the foundation for self-responsibility in occupational pension funds (Stiftung zur Förderung der Eigenverantwortung in der beruflichen Vorsorge), which developed from the foundation for code of conduct in occupational pension funds (Stiftung Verhaltenskodex für die berufliche Vorsorge).

OLZ is fully independent. All shares are held by the partners and the members of the board of directors. In order to ensure monitoring of operations management, the board of directors is comprised of a majority of external members.


The Liechtenstein branch, OLZ Wealth Management AG has been authorised by FMA Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein as an asset management company since 2007.

The auditors are ReviTrust GrantThornton, Schaan.

OLZ is a member of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein (Verein unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter in Liechtenstein – VuVL).


The Singapore subsidiary, OLZ Wealth Management PTE LTD specialises in tailored investment solutions for professional financial institutions in Asia.

The auditors are James Chan & Partners LLP, Singapore.


OLZ works exclusively with established and renowned custodian banks and funds management companies.
